Bidder Registration

Introduction

The GOPROC Portal enables interested participants to Register on the portal to engage in the eProcurement activities.

A registration process is available to Bidders who want to participate in the Events floated via the Portal.

Steps to register on GOPROC

  • Interested Bidders can register by clicking on the Register Now button available on the top right corner of the Home page.
  • The Register Now button will direct you to the Registration page where you can click on Register as Bidder button, to continue your registration as a Bidder.

How to Register as a Bidder in the GoProc?
  • Interested Bidders can register by clicking on the Register Now button available on the top right corner of the GoProc Home page.
  • The Register Now button will direct you to the Registration page where you can click on Register as Bidder, to continue your registration as a Bidder.
  • Provide all necessary information in the Bidder Registration page. The fields marked with an Asterix (*) are mandatory.
Company Name:
  • Enter the full Name of your Company without any abbreviations. (Min. allowed character is 3, Max. allowed characters is 200)
Country:
  • Select your respective Country from the drop-down menu.
Contact Person Name:
  • Enter the Name of the Contact Person.
Email ID:
  • Enter the Email Address of the Contact Person.
Mobile Number:
  • Enter the Mobile Number of the Contact Person.

Before registering as a Bidder, please read the Terms and Conditions and select the check box to tell us you agree with the terms, and click on the Register button.

Email Confirmation:

  • Once Bidder clicks on the Register button, a confirmation mail will be sent to the registered mail ID.
  • Upon receiving the mail, click on the Confirm Email ID to begin the validation process for your Bidder Profile.
  • On Successful email Verification, Bidder will receive an email to Set password.
  • After setting the password, the Bidder will gain access to Explore the Dashboard and view all ongoing events.
Steps to allow the Bidders to participate in the Events:
  • On logging into GoProc, you will be directed to the Bidder Dashboard.
  • The next course of action is to update the Bidder Profile.
    • A popup will appear notifying you to update the Bidder Profile, click which will redirect you to the respective Page.
    • Alternatively, you can click on the Update Profile button on the Bidder Dashboard.
  • Provide all the information requested in the Update Profile page as those are the required data for participating in any and all Events hosted on GoProc.
  • On submitting the form, the profile will undergo a validation process by businessgateways.
  • Once the Bidder profile is validated, the Bidder will gain access to participate in the Events hosted on GoProc.

Single Sign-On Process:

  • Bidder Companies can also register on GoProc with their Valid Gmail Account via the Single Sign-On Process.
  • Click the Continue with Google button to proceed.
  • Bidders who register using a valid Gmail ID will also be prompted to provide all the mandatory information as a part of their profile update.
